Monday:  OFF
Tuesday:  Run 5 miles AM, Master Swim Class PM
Wednesday:  Bike 30 miles
Thursday:  Run 4 miles AM, Master Swim Class PM
Friday:  Bike 20 miles
Saturday:  Swim 1000 yds AM, Run 9 miles PM
Sunday:  BRICK DAY.  Bike 50 miles, Run 6 miles
